Hey there! I’m Becky! ☘️ I am the Owner / Master Artist of the Celtic Knot! At The Celtic Knot, I specialize in Blonding, Balayage & Custom Color. I am trained and certified in multiple color systems and enjoy using my knowledge to create exactly what my clients are envisioning when they sit down in my chair. My mission is to provide exceptional costumer service in a clean, stress-free environment with one-on-one personal appointments. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy!
Hi friends! ☺️ I am so happy to have you as clients and want you to know none of this would be possible without y’all! At the Celtic Knot, I strive to create long-term relationships with my clients where I know you so well I can interpret your needs and offer changes when you need them.
Please read over my Cancellation Policy below so you know how/when to cancel if the need arises in the future. I understand that your time is equally as valuable as mine. Know that I will also follow the policy below if I need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions, you can reach me at 919-671-0383.
01. CANCELLATIONS
If anything comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice. This gives me plenty of time to fill the space.
*All clients who cancel within 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows.*
